Community Outreach

Who are we?

Victory Outreach is a non-profit Christian organization that is dedicated to serving the community by reaching substance abusers and other troubled individuals. Through our drug and alcohol rehabilitation homes, we educate them in dangers of drug and gang violence. Victory Outreach has been in existence since 1967 and has been serving the North County for over 30 years.

We focus on strategically creating new and innovative ways to leave a long and lasting impact in our community and giving positive alternatives in life.
